WHAT IS AN ETHEREAL OIL?
An ethereal oil is plant extract found in each plant to keep it healthy and protect it against insects and environmental impacts. You could say it's the plant's own immune system. The ethereal oil is extracted from the leaves, flower, bark or root of different plants, but it varies depending on which plant you take the oil away.
The oils can help you in many different ways here are some suggestions:

Now I have finally understood that I myself am the person who has to take control of my health such as food, training, stress management, etc. Essential oils become in a way my secret weapon where I can work proactively both for myself and my family.
